Our Packages

The Full Package

PLANNING, STYLING AND ON THE DAY COORDINATION

  • Initial consultation to get to know you and discuss your vision for the day, followed up 3 more consultations as required

  • Suggesting, booking and liaising with your vendors, such as photographer, videographer, celebrant, musician, HMUA ( up to 6 vendors)

  • Working with you on your floor plan and timeline

  • Venue visit and liaising with your venue

  • Booking and sourcing of all styling elements, such as florist, stationery, linen and more (up to 6 vendors)

  • A wedding run sheet that details all timeline of the day that we will send to your suppliers

  • Assistance with your budget

  • Working with you on decor placement

  • Custom styling concept, including a personalised mood board with all your styling elements and colour palette for ceremony and reception styling, decor placement and layout

  • Ongoing phone and email contact throughout the planning process

  • Communication with all wedding suppliers 2 weeks prior to the day to confirm timings and tasks

  • On the day styling and up to 8 hours of coordination including set up of all styling elements and managing vendors by a lead stylist

  • Pack down by a team member

  • Additional labour will be calculated based on the brief and required set up time

  • Private property weddings will be quoted individually for this service, depending on the required work. Travel and accomodation costs may apply if your weddings is outside of Melbourne Metro.

  • Styling elements such as napkins, candles and stationery are quoted individually, and on top of our service price. We are always happy to guide you and give you an estimate when it comes to styling items.

  • Initial and two follow up consultations to get to know you, your partner and your ideas, and working with you to create your wedding design

  • Access to a personalised vendor list to help you in the planning process

  • Creating and managing your styling budget

  • Custom styling concept, including a personalised mood board with all your styling elements and colour palette for ceremony and reception styling, decor placement and layout

  • Venue visit and liaising with your venue

  • Sourcing and booking of all styling elements, such as flowers, stationery, linen, place settings and more

  • Ongoing phone and email contact throughout the styling process

  • A wedding run sheet that details all set up for your day

  • Communication with all wedding suppliers 2 weeks prior to the day to confirm timings and tasks

  • Assistance with your timeline and floor plan

  • Set up of all styling elements, coordination for up to 6 hrs by a lead stylist

  • Pack down by a team member

On the day Styling and Coordination

LEAD UP AND ON THE DAY SUPPORT

  • Initial meeting including styling recommendation that can help you in the booking process.

  • Styling and coordination support 2 months before your wedding to make sure everything is going smoothly, and is ready for your day

  • Coordination of vendors for both ceremony and reception for up to 6 hours

  • A lead stylist onsite to set-up your ceremony and reception according to your floor plan, theme, and booked vendors

  • Communication with all wedding suppliers 2 weeks prior to the day to confirm timings and tasks

  • Pack down by a team member

  • Additional labour will be calculated based on the brief and required set up time

  • Please note, creating a styling concept, and booking your vendors is not included in this package. Our on the day services focusing on styling elements and logistics, if you need more support, additional services and hours can be added even after booking.

  • Private property weddings will be quoted individually for this service, depending on the required work.
